The Mobile Composition and Community Action Project provides citizens across central Illinois opportunities to create texts in genres of community action. The project is based around a traveling Mobile Writing Lab, which is a physical vehicle equipped with both digital and material writing resources. The Mobile Writing Lab will be used to collaborate with community centers, schools, and other community organizations in an effort to enable engaged citizens in central Illinois to become agents of social change in their communities.
