Grassroots Writing Journal for Spreading Roots
Students in English 101, 101.10, and 145 read Grassroots Writing Journal articles to support their understanding of Rhetorical Genre Theory, Cultural Historical Activity Theory, and writing research, the theories that ground our instruction in these course. In order to help middle school and high school students understand these concepts, several authors of the GRWJ have agreed to adapt their articles for a younger audience.
